Re-establishing Lost Friendships

The first time I ate in San Diego, i went to a church. While I was there I made some new acquaintences. One was a guy who had part of his nose bitten off. He told me that one time when he was in a fight, the guy he was fighting came up to his face and bit his nose.

Before I came to California, I had a lot of friends who would stop at nothing to talk to me. I had known most of them for at least three years, some of them only a few months. They all considered me leader and the peace maker. I was the one who brought them together and prevented all arguments. After I moved I tried to keep in touch with them via e-mail, but they started to drift away. Some of them started to ignore my messages, some shut down their e-mail accounts, and others just forgot who I was. It wasn't until recently that I got in contact with three of them for a couple of weeks. Now I have only one person to talk to on the internet because no one else answers me. Because I can't get a hold of certain people who I really cared for, I have a feeling of abandnment. I have to have one person to talk to everyone else just to know how they are getting along. I have even resorted to putting them in charge in place of me so people can band together again. I just hope that it works and everyone will come back together.
